"Horrible Customer Service – Refuses to Stand Behind Their Products"
I had an awful experience with Wayfair and will never shop here again. I purchased [product name], and it arrived defective. Instead of taking responsibility, Wayfair refused to cover the return shipping, essentially making me pay to fix their mistake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to provide a reasonable solution.
A company that doesn’t stand behind its products or value its customers doesn’t deserve business. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

"Don’t waste your money! TERRIBLE Customer Service no common sense "
It’s not a shock that I come here to write a review and over 82% of the responses give a one star review. If they could have half a star they’d be number one on the billboard of half star reviews. I had a very simple issue that has required a very complicated solution. I ordered an item from wayfair by mistake and wanted to cancel the order before it made its way to me. I called them 12 hours after placing the order and I was told my order is “too far along to cancel that order”. By the way too far along meant a shipping label was created…the item wasn’t even in Fedex’ possession. Nonetheless, after telling me they can’t do anything about canceling my order (that is still sitting in their warehouse), they proceeded to tell me I would have to receive the package and return at which point I would have receive a refund minus shipping fees pay for shipping on an item that should have never crossed the country to begin with. The other solution they presented was call fedex my self and cancel the shipment, not that it’s my responsibility to do so but I called. FedEx told me the logical thing that can’t cancel the shipment the shipping company has to do it (Wayfair). Something they refused to do while the item is still in their possession. So moral of the story is don’t bother shopping with this company unless it’s the last item on the planet and you have to have it because it reminds you of your favorite childhood pet because otherwise it’s not worth the potential possibility that you have to spend time dealing with their useless customer service. Btw it took multiple calls to get no where with them because they hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to a competent supervisor.
All you had to do is not send out the package from California to Florida for no reason.

"Rude! Not helpful! Waste of time and money."
Ordered a dining set. No fault of Wayfair but FEDEX lost the package - I contacted Wayfair and they issued a refund.... I asked them if they could try and trace package but NO. They offered to send a replacement - but the timing was going to take too long and they would not expedite shipping. I opened a trace with FEDEX - found package - but Wayfair had already put a return request to them. FEDEX said that the shipper could contact them and they would get the table to me on that day b/c it was still at the local office. Contacted Wayfair and they refused to contact FEDEX. They were RUDE, condescending and very unhelpful. Over the last year I have purchased a lot of items from them. That stops now. I am not going to continue to give money to companies that do not value me as a customer. It was the rudeness that made this so horrible. You go out of business one customer at a time.... So disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with Wayfair’s service. I was given incorrect information about a furniture set, which led me to order an extra item that I didn’t need. Now, I am being forced to pay for the return, even though the mistake was on the company’s side.
Additionally, the rug was packed in just a plastic bag, and Wayfair provided only one return label, which meant I had to purchase an extra box for $100.
Customer support takes no responsibility for their mistakes, simply referring to standard return policies. Instead of helping their customers, they make them pay for Wayfair’s own errors.
I do not recommend Wayfair if you care about honest service and proper customer support!

I CALLED TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT A SET OF LAMPS I WAS INTERESTED IN. GOT A REP WHO WANTED MY EMAIL WHICH I DO NOT GIVE OUT UNLESS NEEDED! SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME ABOUT HOW THEY DONOT SEND JUNK MAIL. IF I ORDERED , I WOULD GIVE IT! SHE NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION AND TOLD ME THE ITEM # WAS ABOVE THE PHOTO PAGE...IT WAS NOT. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH, I GAVE UP. THERE WAS NO MANAGER AVAILABLE SO I HUNG UP AND ORDERED AS IN 4 PLACES SET OF TWO WAS ONE ITEM ON ORDER PAGE AND ELSEWHERE. SET OF TWO FOR $118.

I give it 2 stars because the merchandise is nice , but I would not order from them again due to their extreme return shipping rates and the fact that when you try to cancel an item they can take up to 2 days and then they always say it’s unable to be cancelled because it’s too far into the shipping process. My items had not even shipped yet and were not due to arrive for a week from when I tried to cancel, so I know they were no where near shipped.
Make sure you want to keep the items you order. They used to have a much better return system, I will stick to Amazon.

"I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WAYFAIR AGAIN"
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WAYFAIR AGAIN. I am an interior designer and had defective sheets that were outside the warranty. Being a designer, I know fabric and the fitted sheet was shredded in the middle, these were expensive linen sheets which should last years! I asked if I could receive a discount to replace it. I was told no. There was not one thing they would do to compensate for the obvious flaw that appeared for a product that was placed in a guest bedroom, that had barely been used. Wayfair used to have excellent service. I would never shop here again. In today's world service is as important as it ever has been.
Follow up - I was offered 15% which is nothing for sheets that cost my client $200.00. A substandard product was sold to me, with no accountability, just the standard "outside our warranty." I asked for reasonable compensation. I stand by my statement. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WAYFAIR AGAIN. I have been a loyal customer which is worth nothing to such a big company.

Unbelievable. I ordered and paid for assembly of a cabinet unit. The unit was damaged by the installer that Wayfair hired and sent to my home; Yet Wayfair is making me wait until the item is returned to refund my money . Very poor CS.
