"Where do I START"

Where do I START! This place is HORRIBLE. Kelly Clarkson needs to unassociate herself with this place. I bought a 4 wheeler had missing pieces took a week to settle it. Gave them another try and ordered a blow up bounce house for my Grands b day. I should have opened it and blew it up, I didn’t. Day of party surrounded by fam and friends she opened it and was sooo happy, that didn’t last when we unpacked it, it was used and had tears the stakes had dried mud on them, talk about embarrassed, they single handed ruined her party. I called and let them have it. I was told send it back would take up to a month for a refund. Again I lost it agent said she would give me a 200.00 store credit to use for my troubles! Guess what she NEVER credited it, of course no one can find any notes about this so they straight up lied to me after ruining a kids b day party this place is an embarrassment and CS is the worst! I think main training tool is to lie! Stay away from here twice bitten, never again. Liars and sell used crap. I’d prefer to order from TEMU!

"Refusal to help with missing parts "

I ordered a vanity and it’s missing a part. The instructions say contact the manufacturer if anything is missing, but there’s not contact info. I asked Wayfair, and they refused to help because I bought the piece more than 33 days ago. Ridiculous. They still sell the exact same desk. Refusal to send me manufacturer contact info is absurd.

To reply to Wayfair’s response- I did that already. At this point you’ve grossly neglected a fan. I’m not chasing you to make it right. My information is in your system.

"Order dodnt arrive. "

After placing my order, the money was taken from my account. The items never arrived, and the customer service advice was basically “Just keep waiting, maybe your order will turn up.” Noone seemed to be able to tell me the order status, and so, frustrated, I had to candel the order. Waste of time and will never order from betfair again

"ordered a couch arrived at shipping…"

ordered a couch arrived at shipping warehouse 5 days ago delayed the shipping from Wednesday to Friday.
lo and behold never showed up now shipping company not open on weekend and a holiday on Monday no schedule to be seen on when this will arrive Wayfair said they would put there shipping department on it and contact us immediately never hear from them 3 days now poor service and if they say there using ship right solution cancel your order immediately or you might suffer the same fate

"Wayfair is complacent in environmental crisis"

Wayfair is the fast-fashion equivalent of furniture—a company driven by profit at the expense of sustainability and responsible consumer practices. After the last experience I had with them, I’ve vowed never to purchase from Wayfair again due to their glaring indifference to both the economic and environmental consequences of their business model.

Several years ago, I purchased a table from Wayfair. Four years later, one of its legs began to split, rendering the table unstable. Hoping to repair it and extend its lifespan, I contacted Wayfair to inquire about purchasing a replacement leg. I was informed that this was impossible because the warranty had expired, even though I clarified multiple times that I wasn’t seeking a free part or compensation—I simply wanted to buy the part I needed. When I asked to be connected to the manufacturer, they refused, advising that my only solution would be to discard my table and purchase a brand-new one from them.

How can such a response be justified, financially or environmentally? I wasn’t upset that the table had worn out; wear and tear over time is inevitable. What I found disturbing was their deflection of the issue and the burden they shifted to me as the consumer. Instead, their focus seemed solely on profit, with no regard for the environmental cost of unnecessary waste or the financial strain placed on me or any other consumer for that matter.

This experience left me deeply disheartened. Wayfair’s practices epitomize a troubling complacency toward mass waste and consumer exploitation. Companies like this, which prioritize short-term gains over long-term environmental and moral responsibility, are complicit in perpetuating our environmental crises, and I will not contribute to such a system again.

"I received a desk from Wayfair and…"

I received a desk from Wayfair and hired a handyman to put it together. When he opened it, he found there were no assembly instructions. I chatted with Wayfair and they told me it would be 2 days to get the instructions. I needed it built today so I paid my handyman twice as much to figure it out. I chatted with Wayfair customer service and they refused to compensate me anything to offset their error, even a store credit. Very disappointing.

"Misleading return policy "

The images on the site are highly misleading, as the items appear to be good quality but are not. Additionally, the return policy is misleading not mentioning that you are responsible for return shipping cost. Unless you’re furnishing a dorm room, I would strongly advise against purchasing their furniture. However, if returns weren’t so costly and more transparent, I would give them at least 4 stars due to the ease and functionality of their app.

"Wayfair Does Very Well Especially Their Customer Service"

I bought a 5.55 cuft safe from Wayfair. The safe was delivered on time but had several items missing. The battery installation manual and 2 anchor screws. I contacted their customer support website and asked for the manual and 2 anchor screws to be replaced. I couldn't believe it when another (second) safe was delivered, free of charge and shipping, to my front door! Now that's what you call customer service. Great job Wayfair! I recommend to shop Wayfair. They stand by their products.

"Damaged products and poor customer service"

Wayfair repeatedly sent damaged items and won’t respond regarding an exchange or refund even though I contacted them the same day I received the delivery and submitted numerous photos. They also have not posted my 1 star review on their website which I submitted over a week ago. Wayfair has responded ( only immediately after posting this review. They left a voicemail and refuse to acknowledge they sent me a defective product. They refuse to send a replacement and want to charge me shipping to return their faulty item. My issue is still not resolved.

"Why did I try this company again"

Why did I try this company again? I didn't learn from the last time. Package ordered to be delivered January 10th. Updated to deliver January 13th. Nobody will be at the address for a month. Package is due to sit on a porch for 30 days. I'm told to call Fed-ex by their offshore call center. Fedex tells me that the only people that can cancel and return the package is the shipper. So I call back to India or Pakistan or somewhere and they tell me it's my problem not theirs. I tell them that all they need to do is call fedex to cancel the shipment. She won't even refuse to do so, just keeps talking over me. I finally asked, yes or no, will you call fedex to cancel this. She hung up on me.

I am now working with my card company to dispute the charges. I will never work with this company again.

Wayfair responded to say that there was a "delivery range" of 1/10-1/13. This is bullshit. The date of delivery was 1/10. I would not have placed the order if the date of 1/13 was mentioned. Overpromise and under deliver is the Wayfair mantra. Never again
