Geat deal on a top of the range chair, including a free gift, rapid response from Charmaine and Natalie in sales. Delivered in a few days by Andrew who put the chair exactly where I wanted and gave me a full demonstration. The chair itself is the Ulove 3 and is beyond my expectations, a brilliant product, the quality and design is absolutely superb. Highly recommended!

Gareth has showed me the osima v2 divine and honestly I’ve never felt anything like this before. The chair is better than any hand massage. Gareth explained the machine as it was massing my body and honestly it’s the best experience I’ve had with a massage. He made me feel comfortable. Very happy and genuine guy 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I called OSIM in Crewe to try and arrange a demo. Carmen set up a meeting with Natalie in the Trafford Centre.
Demo of the uLove3 was amazing! I have Parkinsons and the massage really helped with the muscle stiffness. I wanted to try another provider and had arranged an "at home" demo the next day. I think Natalie was worried this was a done deal...but in the event the competitor chair was way too large and not as dual purpose (ie it was more "Massage" and less "chair", so I couldn't really sit in it just to watch TV).
I went back on the day affer the demo to just convince myself the effects I was feeling from it were real. This time i spoke to Gareth who was just as thorough as Natalie, was able to negotiate a little on price, and arranged delivery in 10-15 days.
I paid and went home, only to receive a call from Andrew who said the chair would be delivered on Monday afternoon! Andrew arrived a little late due to traffic (but did tell me in advance that he'd been delayed, which is top notch customer service and so often overlooked). The chair was delivered and set up in minutes, including downloading their app onto my tablet.
I can't see how my experience could have been better; since Carmen, Nathalie, Gareth and Andrew were all SO professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I have no reason to suspect anyone else would be different. I read the negative reviews on here and I can't believe people are talking about the same company!
Ten out of ten across the board, I would recommend OSIM to anyone in the market for a massage chair

I recently upgraded to the OSIM U Love 3, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Andrew and Chris, who delivered the chair, were incredibly patient and professional, keeping me informed throughout the process. The sales manager, Donald, was equally amazing, ensuring everything was ordered and delivered as promised.
The U Love 3 chair itself is outstanding. I fell asleep right away to the soothing spa song, and there are plenty of features to explore with the app. I can't wait to try all the different programs. Overall, OSIM offers excellent customer service and high-quality products. I highly recommend them!

Whilst the uThrone is a great chair, Osim UK has awful customer service.
The chair arrived around a month later with little to no communication unless I chased. The plug that comes with the chair comes with a ubique connector and when asked if I could get a replacement, I was told that they don't keep any replacements. After numerous emails I was told that I could get a replacement plug for £60.... A plug £60, the only thing special is the connector everything else is a £5 plug.

RESPONSE TO RETAILERS COMMENTS:
I placed my order on the 4/4/24 and cancelled on 7/4/24 at 02.57hrs by email - this is before your staff called me to arrange delivery.
The Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013 is clear - I am entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. Regardless of the wording on your sales order form that I signed - You may refer to your terms & conditions ie deposits are non refundable however this does not excuse you from your statutory obligations. The consumer law is going to win not what is written in your terms and conditions and also remember the Ideal Home Exhibition is NOT your actual trading place therefore you were 'off premises'
Lastly I explained the chair was for my elderly father 89yrs old and you did not inform me that Massage chairs are not advised for people who have recently had cardiovascular illness - in my fathers case a Heart Attack these chairs are not suitable. For a company to hold onto to £880 deposit is despicable - you have done nothing to resolve this matter other than offer a 'credit' note which is not good enough. I informed you that if I was not refunded promptly I would leave my honest review which I have done here. I have real concern about how you run your business - what support to you offer anyone with a problem - its all about the sale - this is not how you treat your customers.
I would not recommend purchasing from OSIM UK - I can not comment on the chair however the customer service has been appalling. I paid £880 deposit for a chair recently at the Ideal Home Exhibition Olympia. I decided not to continue with the order and within 48hrs emailed to cancel the order. OSIM UK had a statutory obligation to refund me without delay and in the same method as I had paid my deposit in this case by credit card. They have caused me a lot of stress of going back and forth by email doing everything they can do get out of refunding me back my £880 - all I have been offered is a store credit or to transfer my credit to a friend. They by law should of offered me my refund. I have had to go and speak with a solicitor at my own cost - and issued a final letter and contacted my Bank for a Charge Back. It is unacceptable for a company selling such premium product to behave in this manner - they have lost me a future customer and I advise new customers to be more aware of who you are dealing with. What company is so desperate to hold onto £880 when I am within my rights to be refunded. Selling at the Idea Home Exhibition falls within distance selling regulations where customers are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. I dread to think that had I continued with my order - and for some unfortunate reason the chair developed a fault ( reasonable to expect this given how high tech these chairs and anything with a massage element and heat does eventually develop faults ) I absolutely have no faith that this company would have gone out of their way to help me. Not a company I would ever like to deal with again - far to many decent reputable companies and next time I will be more careful with who I deal with.
