Spend 4900pound to buy a new chair but need to repair twice in the first month. Sales David Huang is sweet month and cunning guy. Promise u everything but one month do not reply after u complained the product is second hand or refurbished. He just sent engineer to fix and said case close. I don't know when it will be out of control or might hurt my body if malfunction again. I called him 4 times, whatsapp and wechat him but he just ignore me. After I called and shouted to OSIM Singapore, he finally reply. First sentence he speak is *what do u expect from me?* Totally no shame and irresponsible. And, he dare say I am rude. He is the key person to make thing worse as he did not address customer need and block customer feedback to management. Now, I have really no idea what to do.
I also complained to OSIM Singapore but they reply OSIM UK is not their brand, just a franchise shop, it is none of their biz.
See? This is OSIM, the most expensive but poorest product and service company in the world

Don’t buy with them,l bought it one on 2021 after one year the sofa is broken and l asked them to replace they said no parts to replace and ask me to wait until now already two they still not replaced my sofa so sad the after sales service is very bad

I received an email on the 1st of Aug making me aware of an "up to £3000 trade in" towards a ulove 3 model.
It runs from 1st Aug to 31st Aug it clearly says on the email
Today on the 3rd Aug I received a phone call from the company, a man called John I believe .
He informed me that the offer was over now!
I have 2 Osim chairs already that he said I could trade in as a favour to me as the offer was no longer available !!!
He offered me £200.00 for both of them!!
Now...... they ARE older models I know, and I do except that ,the offer advertised is " up to £3000.00."
But £100.00 each for chairs that cost me around £12000 when I bought them new .
And..... wanting me to spend another £6800 is In my mind an insult .

You have replied to part of the question but ignored the main issue that I was told that the offer is now over!!!!! How come I was told that?
I also did indeed express that I realised that the chair was clearly not going to be worth the 3 thousand pounds that was mentioned !
I did expect a fair amount for two chairs ( which was suggested by your representative) £800.00 would be reasonable for both I felt!!!!
I think sending out emails and raising peoples interest is more negative after giving them such poor offers .
