Worst customer service
I purchased a massage chair and I have yet not used it as it’s faulty. OSIM are not answering my emails and messages and avoiding solving this. I contact customer service and it’s an answering service only who can’t transfer calls and just takes details and passes message on/ I have yet to receive a call back.

"OSIM has the WORST"
OSIM has the WORST, I repeat, THE WORST after sales service! The Game Chair I bought has failed less than a year, and since September 2022, I have contacted their VIVA city Kuching outlet at least 6 times, finally a technician came on 6th October, and suspected adapter issue. Till today, Nov 26th, no one has contacted me, and when I finally reached that technician, he has resigned. Please help to forward this message to the PIC cos even their hotline or customer service line is IRRESPONSIVE.

Bought a Usqueeze last year and as soon as it reaches the end of the warranty - the machines’ calf function does not work at all. The reflexology part makes a strange clicking sound. Called CS, emailed them, left message on website - no response!!! For this amount of money paid - you would expect it to last much longer.

Great chair. However the worst customer aftercare service. I have rang at least 5 times left messages, what’s app texts, emails etc and no one rings back it’s been over a month to get some repairs done they used to have good service but with new management it’s gone seriously downhill !! AVOID at all costs!!!

Ordered The Osim Uthrone a few days ago. Chair feels unconfortable and small so i want to send it back. As soon as i start a conversation about a refund there is no answer anymore. Very terrible customer service.
