"biweekly"
I wanted to set it up so we made biweekly payments, but in order to do that you had to make a whole extra payment. Why an extra payment is needed to set up bi weekly payments if I'm already up to date on my payments is ridiculous.

I called in to ask questions regarding my escrow account. I received a statement that told me to call in with questions. The man I spoke with was so rude, condescending, and offensive that I wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. I miss my previous mortgage company more and more.

"Transitioning Loan"
My home mortgage was recently transferred to servebank from another lender. I had to wait to make a payment until the loan documents had tranferred to the company. I contacted them in December to make sure that my i would not get behind on my payments. I was told to wait until the transfer was completed. I made a payment in February once the transfer occurred and it still has not registered on my account. I keep calling back to address the issue but today was told to submit another payment because the acct information regarding my acct may have been taken wrong. I am afraid that there will now be multiple payments taken. I am also concerned that my loan payments are not being made. I can only talk to the representative that answers and they provide no assistance to resolve the matter. Very dissatisfied with this process and concerned about my home.

This company still has not applied my December 2023 mortgage payment. They have it in suspense. I called in late December to make my payment and I was told I only had to pay 842.50 that month because I had previously overpaid 250.00 so the two totals together would make the whole payment... 842 is still in suspense and not applied so it looks like December isn't paid. I called in twice and received no help. One department transfers me to another then they can't help and tell me to call back.
I scheduled Januarys payment which the associate told me the amount I told him to pay was the wrong amount so now that was short 32.00 and is in suspense too. I called again today and paid the 32 bucks because they messed up but the truth is I simply want this resolved already. I don't want my payments in suspense and I don't want to have to keep calling back. I want the payments applied to my account and my account to show I am current. Extremely frustrating situation all around.
Issue was FINALLY resolved on March 3rd after our numerous phone calls but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. On paper you guys made it look like we were "behind" on our mortgage when you guys had the funds in suspense for some reason all along.. You simply didn't apply them to our account. You locked us out of our online banking too because we were "behind" but yet again the money had been paid months ago. I still don't understand how you had the money for months just sitting there and no one applied it to the account. Not one I am sorry for the inconvenience we caused you either. Ended up suffering a heart attack from the stress of everything.
