We had a terrible purchasing a home from Orchard. The realtor really needs to go through some redirection and training regarding professional representation and customer service. She also needs education on the legal contract process which is not simply filled with suggestions and recommendations but must be followed. After we had had enough we actually terminated. Although we were able to come to terms again, the abusive and non responsive behavior continued. We had 4 closing dates, had to ask for the sign to be picked up and finally had to cut the key box off our door after 2 wks being in the home. I’d like to give 0 stars but the title company did fine.

Great company. There are some fees involved but a lot less than you expect. Service is great for people who can't do showings or the traditional sales route for whatever reason

Orchard was terrible. Someone came to my house and took pictures and that's the last I seen or heard from anyone. That was over 2 months ago. Never seen or received a offer and the agent makes you sign a sellers contract with them just to not help you, but it prevents others from being able to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go with anyone else. Save yourself the hassle.

From scheduling the initial appointment until the closing date...the realtor communicated every step of the process, what to expect during the process. She made sure we received the best offer and made sure we were satisfied with the offer. She was readily available to answer any and all questions we had. She was very friendly and professional.
