These people are straight up hustlers. My house hasn't been sold yet but they definitely did a sneak switch on me. Dishonest and unethical. They will give you a list of repairs and wait until after they give you the first part of your money to ask for more things done. Then they have a list of people you can use. I guess their friends get to make money off of you too. It's like they try to get as much as they can back from you. Then they tell you what they're going to list the house for and how much the second payment is. With zero warning or communication they list it for lower and lower the second payment. But get this. Their amounts don't change. They're already making money doing almost nothing and then they find a way to make you give them part of the money you're supposed to earn back. Stay away. Dishonest listing agents. Go the traditional route or use someone who isn't sneaky.

I like say thank you to Ms. Monica Dunn and to Marcus Dunigan. The process of selling and buying a new construction was not bad at. Any questions you have they will answer with no problem. Ms. Monica was there with me for all the problems I faced on my new home with all the set backs. Mr. Marcus kept the communication open when it was time to list my home. He gave good feed back on what will be a good ideal to address. They both had just a good personality that made it so easy with the process. I would recommend to people to try Orchard.
