Good system to work with.. for biginers seems complicated but once start using and learn how things work in revel makes it more easier.
Supporters are there available to help in any situation.

"I have enjoyed using Revel in our…"

I have enjoyed using Revel in our organic food store. We are a small grocery store and the system runs great. My employees can pick up how to use it fast and understand how to run the basic functions right away.

"Don't be fooled!"

They would spend a lot of time with you and promise a lot of things before you pay them. However, after you paid them, the after sales services are almost non-existent and the promises just never happened. The CS is as clueless as it gets but they charge you a lot for them. This is by far THE WORST pos company we've ever used!

"People are great! Better go thru ALL the training!"

People are great, but it can get complicated, where you may have an option set, but be una are there are five other places you have to set up and activate before you can accomplish what seemed to be a simple task. Granted we did not go through the proper training due to reorganization at the same time.

"We Moved from Revel to Square"

We just Switched over from Revel to Square even though we knew we were getting into a product that was considerably less robust and not as well rated. The move was pursued by our store staff who consistently felt revel customer service was not listening or did not take give needs appropriate consideration. I reluctantly agreed to make the change, which I considered temporary as I figured Revel would eventually prove to be the better product. On the first day revel was turned off, they posted this message:

"This backend has been disabled for cancellation. Note that URL's of cancelled clients are to be deleted one month after the initial date of the cancellation request once confirmed. Date scheduled for deletion: None

If you feel this backend has been disabled in error, please contact Support at 415-744-1433 ext. 2 or submit a ticket by clicking here."

Perhaps they are just giving former customers a fair warning. I know this is all financial data and that by state regulations they can’t delete it for 5 years, none the less from my perspective, it means we will never go back to Revel.

"Excellent Service"

I checked out several POS companies and Revel was by far the most prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly groups I encountered. The services I wanted were matched perfectly with the services they offered. I highly recommend them!!!!
