Customer service has no clue what they are talking about. They call at unreasonable times (11pm on NYE...WHAT?). Once they called and spent over an hour trying to fix our system...and then they realized they were working in the wrong URL. I feel sorry for whoever had to deal with that aftermath. They told us to restart our access point...then charged us for a new access point because you're not supposed to restart it. Dealing with customer service wouldn't be so bad if the system didn't go down all the time, but that's wishful thinking. We are switching to Square and I'll never look back.

We’ve been using Revel Systems for going on 3 years & couldn’t get along without their 24 hour help line. We’re not the typical customer but a small campground so we don’t have a “system admin” person as such. Revel staff was wonderful in helping us setup our POS & has always been willing to help with every issue we’ve had. They often have provided alternative/easier methods to resolve problems which we are very grateful for. Keep up the good work. My 4 stars is because there are minor issues we have which are not available in the system. Thanks

Revel Systems is accountable when something is not working as expected and the system is consistently reliable.

"Support is terrible"
The system is good, the support is not. You have to wait for ever some time days for they to answer and help you. They really need to work in this, when you are managing a restaurant and have problems, you need to have some one in the other line ready to help you. This is the difference between Aloha and Revel.
