"Do not use Revel - terrible experience."

Having worked with several different systems before, we thought we would try out Revel systems for our new business, it was not what we needed in the end and despite having barely used it, we were not only charged the full set up fee but also the first months software use and refunded nothing despite not having even completed set up. The worst customer service we have encountered.

I’ve had the worst experience with revel and the support. I’ve been trying to figure out the payment process and get help. I call and get told I would get a call back and I have to wait 24 hrs for help. I just get ticket request #’s. I’m so fed up and just want my money back from this shady company.

We've had an excellent experience getting our POS set up and running. So far we've had minimal issues and the support we've received has been great, both on site and remotely. The POS itself is straight forward, easy to use and intuitive but still offers lots of robust options on the backend to work around our unique business.

Amazing! We just started with a lab for a few weeks. Our experience with the Revel team has been amazing. They are here to help with any questions and always wiling to jump on a call to walk us through processes.

There is no more flexible better iPad iOS POS Software out there. Legacy Windows systems and Android options are a waste of time.
