Quick to answer calls. No long waits like most POS companies. Very efficient in getting problems solved. If they can't solve it they refer it to someone else who will return your call within 10 minutes or solve the issue and let you know via email.

Fees are to high and the sistem is good but no the equipment I have 5 restaurants with revel and the tables will explode this kind of tablets doesn’t work for busy restaurants I think are ok for nail shops or boutiques..

The reports are very helpful along with the every night emailing of the reports you which to receive.

software is great! The payment gateway (Freedom Pay) took more than a month to get set up - total nightmare - but now that it's set up it's all good. Software can do almost anything. sales reports are the big fix that we need. support is great though - and you can handle almost anything on your own so you.dont need to constantly pay someone for help. Fix the gateway and add a report for sales and I'll change to 5 starts in a blink.
