"Lovely parasol."

I ordered a cantilever parasol, it has arrived and I love it, instructions were a little sketchy, diagrams not great but it was pretty self explanatory.
My only complaint would be the lack of communication, delivery is stated as 10 days, which i fine but after ordering, I didn't hear anything for ages, it would have been nice to have been kept in the loop.

From ordering to receiving my goods the company have been great. We’ve had so many compliments for the new garden set, it’s look, chairs being comfortable and the fire on the table too - completely love it.
Minor issue with the cleaning kit being damaged in transit but I’ve spoken to Siana who rectified this immediately - great customer service!
