Too hard to communicate with this agency because they're in London. Also, it was pandemic time and had to reschedule our trip and you have to keep on following up if we can rebook or not, then we have to pay additional fees for rebooking for almost $500. Covid was a pandemic and we have no control that there's a surge in a country, but had to pay for that.

Like previous customers, my vacation was cancelled by Citrus Holidays due to covid19. They wanted me to reschedule the holiday at a later date, however this was not an acceptable option for us. We asked for a refund and after many many emails and phone calls, we finally received most of our money back after a year of waiting. They stated they had to hold onto the administrative fee of £50...
I feel due to the length of time it took Citrus Holidays to refund our money, I will not be using their company again, despite being a loyal customer for many years.
