"lost colour "

my partner bought me a necklace with both his and our daughters name on. When this arrived it was beautiful and i was just in awe! the perfect gift. unfortunately (although it is silver and gold plated) it has lost its colour and it’s just all patchy and the gold and silver has came off leaving it ruined. i’m really upset over this as it just didn’t last long at all. he bought this in february we’re now in april and it’s unwearable.

Very well packaged and protected (no plastic). I am very happy with all items they are all high quality and beautiful little gifts.
