Just want to say thank you to super helpful plumber who went extra mile today fixing our broken loo.
The loo he came to fit it was faulty and he went extra mile to collect new one from miles away from us, then drive back and fitted it. So helpful and kind.

"Top Marks for Aster Annual Boiler Servicee"
I had my boiler serviced by an Aster Group engineer today. It was the annual safety check and the engineer not only undertook a full safety and performance check but also adjusted some of the heating settings and advised me in words that could be understood how I could reduce cost/usage I also subscibe to Aster's Connected Living alarm call service which includes a carbon monoxide monitor which I pay for in my package. I was delighted that this was also checked and has been logged on to my personal data at Aster HQ so a truly 5star and fully comprehensive and may I say intelligent and responsible approach to 'customer service'.

"Still not even managed to buy a shared ownership house !!!!!"
Have been trying since January to buy our shared ownership home with Aster. There have been delays non stop for reasons I am at a loss to comprehend. Plans still not correct after nearly 6 months of waiting. Our mortgage offer is about to expire ( 6 month validity) when we then have to renegotiate and pay a much higher interest rate. We have constantly had to chase for an update the whole process has been a nightmare. We have had our furniture in storage for 3 months at 50% rate and now have to pay double as the initial offer has expired - more expense. We are now going to have to look at renting again - the next phase on our development has just been released and am sure they will get to move in before us. Buy with anyone but Aster is my advise! I would love Aster to contact me!

Please do not move into a aster group home as they leave u high and dry. I have bad mold and asbestos in my home a broken toilet that I CAN'T use and had the gas people come out for a boiler check now my boiler doesnt work. Aster tell me there nothing they can do till weeks away. Avoid please

"Thrilled with our repair"
I just wanted to say how thrilled we are with our backdoor repair. It was sticking and beginning to become difficult to close, open or even lock. You operative was full of confidence that he could repair it, which he did! It's actually better than its ever been in the 13 years we've lived here. No more having to slam it shut or force the deadlock. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Emergancy call out"
On the bank holiday I found a water leak behind my cooker . The very nice young man came out as an emergency call out and fixed it lucky he did. it would of been a mains burst in the house . He was very professional and very polite .and cleaned any mess up he had made .Thank you .

You will find that they put your rents up year in year out and do absolutely nothing to care for your house and then take all the profit… I would be ashamed to work for them really not recommended

"Landlord Negligence"
The landlords Aster Group had three months before we moved in and did nothing and when we moved in the toilet electrics and heating was not working properly and they wanted us to go all winter without a working boiler and it took them two weeks to do anything when we ask for repairs they don't want to do the repairs for us and they don't follow COVID-19 Restrictions they don't like to wear face masks or providing proof that they have had a COVID vaccine and they are aggressive towards us and turning up unannounced without telling us via a letter email or over the phone they are very out of order how they treated us my wife as health conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Apnoea Fibromyalgia Asthma Osteoarthritis Depression Panic Attacks Obsession Compulsive Disorder {OCD} Irritable Bowel Syndrome {IBS} Anxiety Constipation Agoraphobia {Phobia Of Outside} Urinary Tract Infections {UTI} Fatigue Sciatica and Shingles and i have my have my ADHD and they are very discriminating saying you don't have any health conditions and that is ridiculous outrageous behaviour and the last property we lived in was 25 Johnson Close Wells Somerset BA5 3NN and that property we moved into that property on the 27th of February 2017 and we lived there for four and a half years and the property had Black Mould Damp Asbestos and Mildew and it destroyed all of my wife's belongings and furniture my wife is 60 years old and should not have to buy furniture again she should get compensation from Aster Group and they left in that property for all that time and they knew about the damp and just did not care my wife deserves compensation she was sleeping in the living room on a broken sofa and i was sleeping in the bedroom on a broken bed and the property got so unbearable and the smell of the damp got so unbearable as well and all they wanted us to was to move into the premier hotel in wells somerset for a month but we would have to pay and also they wanted to spray damp chemicals near my wife which is wrong all aspects they did no repairs in the last property and the one we are currently living in and we feel like no one wants to help us we feel alone and is taking its toll on my wife i am worried she will have a stroke or a heart attack through the stress they put her through i have ADHD but they said we are both lying and we don't have none of our health conditions and they called me a druggie they class me as violent which i am not violent they are and our previous doctor wrote a final warning letter stating we do have our health conditions and we need help to get my wife compensation and people have the right to know how Aster Group treat their tenants because they say they can turn up unannounced and they say it's our property we can do what we want when we want plus they don't like being told no and to be rude discriminating and to bully tenants and that is downright outrageous and they are leaving us to suffer with nuisance noisy and violent neighbours which they wont even do anything about just leaving us to suffer they are now also gonna leave us all year until March 2023 with a broken obsolete boiler and water tank and its getting out of hand now and we need people to know how Aster Group treat their tenants I want it taken further otherwise I will now prosecute Aster Group for bullying me and wife we have Neighbor trouble at Johnson Close In Wells and now here at Tannery Close Street it's discrimination and we feel victimized and harassed by them so I will now be sueing and prosecuting Aster Group for this and it as now being taking to BBC News And all other Tabloids people have the right to know how Aster Group and Aster staff treat their tenants I would not recommend aster Group To any anyone all they care about is looking after the bad tenants and most importantly money my wife as been under aster for over a decade and they have never treated her in a polite respectful manner but they don't it's there rules leaving with a property that as a obsolete boiler no hot tap's broken front door handles and many other things they had ninty days to do this before we moved in did nothing we are being bullied by aster and the neighbors we live by and we had enough everyone should come together and complain about this
