"Appalling housing company"

Appalling company to deal with and I have only been living with them a year. And still fighting to get my property up to a livable state. So much lack of communication in there work place. They cant even sign a property of properly as ours had to much damage unnoticed my opinion they are to big for what they own. Not enough people to deal with day to day issues.

"You must be a part of Wiltshire Concrete?"

Not really sure what you do, but your drivers are a menace. Are they even licensed? If the continue to drive in an antagonistic manner, and block lanes side by side at 50Mph in a 70 zone, then I need to question their mental health. More than happy to have this conversation with the driver face to face. This happened about 30 minutes ago, as 2 of your vans where driving out of devizes. Maybe the vans where stolen??

You must be a part of Wiltshire Concrete, driving standards are very similar, and all when we cannot leave the house, and when we need to, your drivers are there making sure they impose their toxic masculinity and everyone's expense.

"I personally have just moved into…"

I personally have just moved into social housing for the first time,I have found Aster social housing very effective in communicating and very supportive in my move. The service so far, has been wonderful especially during this epidemic.

"Aster Group used to be Sarsen Housing"

Aster Group used to be Sarsen Housing, a social landlord but now is moving towards deregulation it would appear. They are selling-off a lot of their previously rented homes which leaves fewer for rental for those most in need.
Their mantra is that they are 'building new homes' but don't be fooled by that - because these new homes are rarely for rent but instead for outright sale or shared ownership; something that hardly helps those who need rented property, such as young people unable to get on the property ladder or those who are elderly and/or disabled....
They operate more as a private, commercial entity than a social landlord and have lost interest in their tenants.
