My son and I ordered 10 boxes each and were quite dubious as to whether they would be to our taste. We had 3 meals each and I must say we were more than pleasantly surprised. The contents were very tasty. 26/06/23 However, this review was based on the fresh product, we found that after defrosting a meal, it was very disappointing, vegetables were very watery, chicken was dry and rice flavourless. So I recommend you eat this produce fresh and never freeze it.

overall quality is good but quantity is a bit small on main meals with vegetables making up to make half the meal.
Maybe could have a meal for 2 people also.
just another 20-30 gram on single meals would be much better.
Obviously this means profit will be a bit smaller or charges a little more
Or could do standard size and large size which gives a choice for customer .

Great meals, love the variety and that you can select your protein, carb and veggie options, rather than just their set meals.

I also like the packaging. I have a gastric band and so am dividing each meal into two. The packaging on these means i can decant half and store the rest in it's original carton.

Other services have had peel back lids which can't be re-closed.

I have tried a few of these services and this is the best so far.

These meals have been an absolute life changer. I have some medical issues that make prepping healthy meals super difficult. These are so delicious, and so easy to reheat. It means I’m always at least eating well once a day.

The fish dishes taste incredible, and the Lean Mean Chicken Curry is unbelievably good. These are absolutely worth the investment.
