"I ordered 10 meals as a prep for 10…"

I ordered 10 meals as a prep for 10 days, but realised that the meals were going to run out of date in 48 hrs. This ended up with up to 6 meals going to waste. Not sure how one goes around this. These meals were not for freezing and also had no prior indication that I needed to have space in the freezer for them. I am sad that so much food went to waste. The boxes the meals come in paper based boxes. These boxes don't withstand freezing and then microwaving.

"£8 Per Person, Per (Very Small) Microwave Meal"

Happy to pay extra for convenience, ease and time saving but personally felt this was exceptionally overpriced for what it was. Worked out at £8 per meal, per person (£16 for the 2 of us for one meal is steep!) and the portion sizes were VERY small. Some of them quite bland/basic in taste too. We've had many other of the subscription meal services and this was certainly the smallest in terms of portion sizes and therefore the worst in terms of value, I would also say the weakest/most basic in terms of taste too. As an example, one of the meals ordered was Sausage, mash and veg. There were only 2 small sausages, a desert spoon sized scoop of mash and same scoop size of peas. Added 2 additional sausages, extra side of veg and gravy to this meal myself. Also added salt and a little butter to the mash as it was bland tasting. So essentially, defeated the whole reason why we purchased. Don't like leaving negative reviews but I also would've appreciated an honest review like this ahead of me ordering here, as I would've avoided doing so.

The meals are lovely, very tasty. I'd love to see more vegan protein options (while there are 7 already to choose from, which is a great start, if I'm on a 2 meals a day plan, by the end of the week I'm bored and the thought of eating exactly the same next week is depressing.
That said, it'd also be really useful to have an 'order again' button on the website so I don't have to manually go through and input the same 14 meals over again.

Saved time, enjoyed every meal and went to bed with a full stomach, all at a reasonable price for fresh ingredients. 4 minutes in the microwave and hey presto, lunch/dinner!

I love that the website has a specific filter for pescatarian and that there is a good selection of fish meals.

Delivery was right in time, all packaging is recyclable.

I’m really pleased with the meals! So much pressure is taken off me now that I don’t need to measure food and calculate calories during the week when I’m busy with work. And the meals are really yummy!! The teriyaki salmon and the lean lasagna are my favourites so far!! 😋😋
