Customer service was spot on as I called to change some ingredients with no fuss or hassle. My delivery came on time and to my surprise all my meals we properly chilled and no boxes were broken (unlike other companies I’ve used!). And the food itself... wow! Full of flavour, everything was measured out properly and so a warranty 5*! Thank you Simply Prep Team.

I’ve been using Simply Prep for a while now. Nothing short of excellence, from the variety of choice to the quality of food and down to the delivery. Such a easy and flawless process. I tried a few companies at the beginning but they never delivered on time or the food quality was poor. These guys are superb. I will continue to use them going forward. "Great food from Simply Prep Meals"

I started with Simply Prep Meals 4 weeks ago and I am loving it! Protein, carbs and veggies are cooked to perfection. The choices for ‘spicy’ protein are quite impressive: cajun, tandoori, jerk (my fav!), páprica , Med, Mex, etc. However, the thing I like the most is that I am in control of the calories, and most importantly, of the carbs. I aim for 800 calories/50g carbs and Simply Prep Meals helps me achieve this without the stress of having to count it all myself. The portions are very generous and i am happy to say that i am eating more protein and veggies than ever before! New items are added frequently (and there are already so many possible combinations) making the meals interesting and exciting.
Also to note, customer service is amazing: prompt, helpful and positive. It is very reasonably priced and at last, there is no food waste in my fridge.
I highly recommend the products from this company.
