AMAZING FOOD. I am super fussy so food prep has been hard to find. I love the peri peri chicken, halloumi, etc. It's good to quickly microwave and eat without having to think!

The whole process is really well executed. The website could show the macros more clearly and cover off weekly amounts. I suggested this to the company and they said it was a good idea and took it on board. Pretty cool! The food arrived promptly, I had the low carb, high protein weight loss meals. The meals were OK, some were really good some were a little bland but hey, at least it is clean food, delivered, 3 mins microwaved - bang!. More time for you to do things you want to be doing. Out of the 10 meals I had only 2 were a little bland and I think they were the chicken meals (from memory). I never felt hungry and sometimes doubled up the meals to match my daily macros intake. I did lose weight and continue to do so cooking for myself but this exercise did make me review my portion sizes. I received an email from the Director at the end of the week, a nice touch for a company today. I would use them again, but there are cheaper meals out there to be had. But for an end to end service its hard to fault.

Simply prep are simply delicious, highly recommend these nutritious meals.Fantastic value for money which are filling and i so look forward to eating every one .Theres no greater feeling than the feeling of been thin so im so happy I've found simply prep for my weight loss journey.

I have recently decided to go to a more veggie way of life and simply preps range of vegetarian/vegan meals are amazing...and so tasty!! It's making becoming a vegetarian much easier! I had quite a few queries about my new diet and Lou the owner was amazing, gave great advice and got back to me straight away, great customer service, will definitely be ordering more food!!
