Love these meals , the packaging is great and they taste fantastic . Good portions , great balance of fat and calories etc , lots of choice to . We were using another company but have now switched and placed orders with simply meal prep for the next few weeks .. i can’t see us changing again .. many thanks and best of luck with your business

Terrible communication and customer service. £77 and meals were out of date and sour on day of arrival and customer service were useless with support or reimbursement.

I’m on my second week now and I’m loving the meals. They’re so nice and full of flavour, really does not taste like “healthy balanced” food or like you’re on a diet if that’s what you’re using it for. Delivery is super quick and convenient and it’s really easy to login and change meals/choices ahead of the next delivery. The price is really reasonable too!

These guys are the absolute best when it comes to quality meals. My first Muscle plan with 20 meals and extras I bought for the week were all delicious. Only downside is not been able to customise the box to take out the only 1 that contained pork. Other than that, it's mouthwatering and highly recommended.

Really enjoy choosing my own selections to put my meals together with the calorie info to forward plan.
So far foods been tasty. I'm pretty lazy with meal prep unless i cook extra and manage to have some left over so these are great to grab out the freezer the night before if I know I'm not organised.
The apple crumble is yummy too. However, I feel its over priced so probably won't get it again but still super satisfied.
