I would recommend Focus Furnishings for the quality of their carpet and the professional carpet fitting done by their team. It was effective and efficient and done within the agreed timing. I am 9 months pregnant with young children and I feel appreciated that the active communication between myself and the customer service teams. They have listened to me and made minimum disruption to our family life during the work. Thank you 😊

"Helfpul workers onsite second time."

My viny not adhered to the floor properly when the work was done October 20th 2018. I was unable to hover They have since (3 months later), adhered it better as well as provided aftercare advice, which is appreciated. My reason for the 3 star is then ammending it and being helpful onsite,but as a company, I wish Focus Furnishing would be a bit more thorough from the beginning. I really do think that when the work was done initially , the workers rushed.

Focus a great name for the company and this what they do. I constantly have to order furniture and they are my first point of contact all the time. The admin staff are great and respond to your e-mails very quickly and have good product knowledge. They deliver quickly giving time slots which is really helpful and the drivers can call when their e,g 30 mins away. The delivery guys are very friendly, helpful and remove all the packaging, and set up the furniture.
I think they should have 6 stars.
