"New big washing machine"

Update: 2 days later than originally planned Kojo and his colleague delivered an amazing 8kg washing machine. Once Kojo made contact he kept in constant contact amd ensured that I was updated with every step. The long wait for the machine was worth it considering the wonderful machine I received. They were in and out within minutes. Thank you Kojo.

Focus brought the wrong size curtains and so cut them to the correct length using a pair of scissors. The carpet we ordered was 'stuck in a lorry on a motorway' so we were forced to have a different colour - that didn't match the rest of the flat - because it was the only one available. Also these delays held up the removals van, sending our removals bill soaring. We've waited since November for a response to these complaints from this shoddy company. Not good at all considering their clients are largely vulnerable individuals moving into social housing. Use them at your peril but remember not to pay up front in full as we did.

Very happy! I placed an order for a double bed frame, and what I thought was a double bed mattress, thankfully, 5 minutes later he called to ask if the mattress I ordered was the right one! It turns out I ordered a single-bed mattress!

He absolutely saved the day! He was kind enough to look for an alternative with a similar price and sort that out for me.
