I would highly recommend Focus Furnishing. Excellent renovation and professional. There is a vast array of services on offer and the work completed exceeded my expectations and left me impressed and satisfied!

I'm really not happy with their service. I've called about 4/5 times to get my oven repaired. The first time no one informed me that they were waiting on parts I was just told it's done. The oven still not fixed. Had an appointment Monday and I was in and up all day, got no call and no one came. Was told to reschedule without a reason as to why the engineer didn't come. Ridiculous.

Update 29/04/18
Had an appointment booked for the Monday or Tuesday, took yet ANOTHER day off work to be called saying that the part needed was 'thrown away' and we have to reschedule which is ridiculous! They came Friday and ended up only doing 1 job and not fixing the main problem which I've called over 6 times about!

Have contacted and sorted it on their end in regards to the next step. Been an up and down but finally getting it resolved . Thanks

Professional company. Great guys, very helpful. All the installation and delivery was done within time and people were so helpful they took the sofa 3 storey high all by themselves.

These guys did my moving yesterday and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. There was a lot of stairs on both places and they powered through it like it was nothing. They helped me protecting delicate items like my mirror and monitor. Furniture was carefully moved around and arrived in perfect condition. This was the 16th time I moved in London and I wish I knew them sooner. Very good service indeed, totally recommend!

I have used Focus Furnishings several times over the past 18 months or so to fit carpet or provide goods to our residents and have to say that they really are fabulous. They are kind, friendly, efficient and super reliable - they have even helped me out and got the job done with only a 48 hr notice - which in turn made me look like the Bee's Knees!! They are professional and make sure that everything is done to the best possible standard and keep in touch throughout the process to make sure everything is perfect.
I couldn't praise them any higher if I tried - Thanks Dave, Ciaran and Pat!!!
Ill definitely be using you again soon.
