I called up this company regarding my stairs that needed to be carpeted,from the moment I got on the phone a gentleman named Kieran dealt with my query, my job wasn't coming up straight away so rather than just leaving it he put me on hold and investigated to find out what was going on. He came back to me having sorted it out and booked in my time slot. This man's communication throughout the process was outstanding. Nowadays people do the bare minimum but this gentleman did not he is most definitely a credit to the company. The carpet fitters that was sent to do the work name was Steve who came with 2 other men whose names I only wish I had asked! At the time they did the stairs I had 8 children in my house from age 8 to 2yrs old, these men worked so well they were polite and understanding and worked efficiently as a team and on top of that we're so quick and the job looked amazing. This was definitely quality workmanship. So a big thumbs up for this company and its employees. Thank for a great job and experience its truly appreciated.

It now looks better than it did originally, and he had a wonderful bright personality.
