Terrible company - don’t use them. Don’t answer calls, keep you at ransom with deposit money and cancellation policies even though you are the one waiting for hours and then they just decide not to show up without any contact to advise why they won’t make it.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to reschedule the engineer'. s visit. The company were most accommodating. Having rearranged the visit, the engineer arrived promptly and undertook the repair effectively and efficiently. An excellent job well done.

I have been trying to contact focus for several days. Engineer named Illias was amazing. I had been waiting 3 weeks for repair and had 2 other engineers visit and they couldn’t fix my machine. God sent Ilias. Very knowledgable, very polite and respectful and fixed my wash machine in no time, I will be requesting him every time I get an issue with any of my appliances. He told me that he just joined the company and he really set the standard for engineers. Promote him or someone else will !!
