"Vehicle was delivered in a very poor state"

Making a review is an “interesting experience”; personally I’ve never reviewed before, so my first request to make a review was from Elmo. My original review was an honest summary of the issues experienced and the state of the vehicle, neither of which I felt were satisfactory, hence my original one start rating.

I’ve been asked though to reconsider my review.

So, my initial experience using Elmo has been far from smooth unfortunately; but I’m hopeful that Elmo now recognise the multiple issues and are working hard to sort them out.

Hopefully Elmo will be able to rectify things for future customers.

"Best vehicle subscription company - Hands down!"

I have been using Elmo since March 2022 (7 months).

In the past, I've leased cars traditional ways and had them on PCP/PCH but I was overwhelmed with paperwork, figures, and small print.

Elmo is a breath of fresh air. Customer service is A1. They really do put the customer first, especially Harvin on the fleet team who I've had the pleasure of dealing with!

I always know exactly what I'm paying and there aren't any unexpected charges at the end of my lease (Things that other companies have caught me out on in the past.)

I've run the numbers and it's actually cheaper to subscribe through Elmo rather than lease the traditional way (Looking at Insurance, maintenance and other costs).

I'd definitely recommended this to anyone looking for an electric car long or short term!

It's normally such a hassle getting a car and I needed one quickly as I'm starting a new job. The online registration is quick and easy, the delivery was quick and support has been fantastic. I had some questions and Sohail helped on the online chat. Within minutes I had my answers and Sohail went above and beyond with some random things I wanted to know.
