The entire experience has been faultless. I spoke to several Elmo employees via the chat window to answer some initial questions, I then ordered through the website which again was faultless. After that I was kept updated through the Elmo dashboard and emails. On the day of delivery I was shown around the car in detail, and the driver was friendly and talkative which made it a great experience. After that I've LOVED my MG EV car!! I love the no commitment monthly payment with everything included, I don't like any hassles and for now it fits my lifestyle and budget perfectly. I'm excited to swap it for something in the future just to try something else. I would recommend Elmo whether you wanted to just try an electric car, or want something a bit longer without the hassle of maintaining a car then just go for it you won't regret it.

Great service quick and easy process no messing around. Took 7 days for my car to arrive was delivered by a helpful gentleman that explained everything I needed to know only issue was didn't come with fuel card and still awaiting this in the post but they assisted me very quickly wen I called and where very helpful. Car itself is a dream to drive and definitely recommend using this company to anyone wanting a fantastic EV
