First foray into a car subscription and electric cars.
Elmo sign-up process was quick and smooth. Great communication and a good portal showing exactly what you are signing up too.

On delivery day I received a tracking link and call closer to the time from the driver giving an ETA.
Only need a car for a couple of months but once the car is returned would happily use Elmo in the future should the need arise.

Excellent service at Elmo. Very prompt replies via email. One payment, all inclusive of insurance, and servicing. Recommended.for introduction to electric vehicles. Had MG ZS for 7 months then bought Ioniq 5. No more burning over-priced dinosaur juice.

Great experience from Start to finish- Will never buy another combustion engine again! I found the online suitability tool to be really useful in understanding which EV would suit my lifestyle and driving distances. I didn't need to pay any large deposit upfront and we had our Nissan Leaf delivered to my place of work. My wife and I have loved having the leaf, it's so easy and pleasant to drive and we have now used the electric car for 99% of our journeys. Would absolutely recommend Elmo, 5 stars.

Elmo is a good car company however. They should provide more charging card as their competitors are providing it for there customers.

It was easy to book my car with Elmo, albeit with one or two email issues. The car arrived on time, but it turned out that I had to separately subscribe to a home charging cable. However, Lucas had one sent to my home as soon as I rang about it, so no big problem. The Renault Zoe was excellent in all ways and I didn't want to give it back! Thanks Elmo for an excellent service.

Excellent service from the start. I've had queries about the car and charging, but the team on WhatsApp have been incredibly responsive and helpful, and all issues resolved very quickly.

We're using Elmo to test the water with the practicality of moving to a electric vehicle permanently and I would thoroughly recommend using Elmo, if you're thinking of doing the same.
