I have had nothing but excellent service from Elmo to date. It was easy to choose a car and they answered any questions quickly while I waited for my car.
When it arrived unfortunately there was a problem but Sam put my mind at ease on the damage on the vehicle and Louis even further made me happy with the information provided and the offer of funding a car wash and also the confirmation of swapping in to another vehicle if I see something I really want to drive!! Brilliant service from all at Elmo so far
