A great start to my experience. Elmo have a great online customer area that manages the onboarding of new customers but this is combined with strong customer service available via email and online chat. The process seems slick and efficient and fitting for a progressive business. I am taking delivery of a vehicle next week and looking forward to a continue possitive expereince.

"Customer service improvements"
Originally we had some trouble in our order with Elmo, where the car was not available and we found out last minute that we were going to be several days without a car. Although there were initial issues with customer service, Elmo has worked hard to resolve these and provide appropriate support and compensation. They have also tried to learn from what went wrong in the customer journey and I think have improved as a relatively new company.

"Excellent customer experience"
Excellent customer service - helpful, knowledgable and responsive. Great choice of vehicles and the car was delivered in excellent condition, cleaned to a high standard and the overall delivery / hand over experience was excellent.
Some aspects of my vehicle were a little complex as it involved configuring the Tesla App and adding subscription options - all of which were handled promptly and without fuss.
Specific thanks to Sam, Chanel and Dale who have been excellent throughout.
I can highly recommend Elmo.

One of the best companies I have ever had to deal with regarding leasing a car via my business. The Customer Service from the Elmo business team was second to none and I felt like a VIP. I have an EU license and have been rejected before via other organisations but this was no hassle.
I would recommend Elmo.
