I am so impressed with Elmo Drive, I really don't know where to begin. Firstly I had never heard of them and initially approached Onto. However after a bad customer service experience I saw Elmo on Trust pilot and thus far the experience has been amazing! Car arrived exactly when they said it would, immaculate and new. The delivery man went through everything with me. I have never driven or owned an electric car before. Anytime I have any questions I can either go online for a web chat or call and the service is excellent. Thus far I am really really impressed. Also good value for money when compared to other providers such as Onto....

I needed help today and time to talk through my contract with Elmo and accumulated mileage. I spoke to Samatha in customer services. She was very helpful and explained to me that even though my dash shows a high mileage this is for the whole duration of time I have been with Elmo. Some months my mileage is under the contracted 1000 miles and others above. They will calculate my mileage when I end my agreement as a total. PHEW! I was worried about a huge bill because in June I clocked up a lot of miles. We also discussed the current car I have and my options. Thank you for good customer support. Much appreciated.

Really pleased with everything so far. Easy to sign up for a car, and very quick response from Elmo to any questions I had. Car arrived on time in perfect condition and, a week in now, I'm really enjoying driving it. HIghly recommended.
