I have been delighted that every time I make contact I get a swift response and efforts to resolve any niggles, such as having a key fob battery problem, are worked through in a helpful way until the issue is resolved to my satisfaction. So glad I switched.

Sohail has been fantastic and has taken the stress out of all the stressful situations I found myself.

The car I ordered was to cover me for a period when I would be waiting for my car to arrive from a dealership. The sign-up and verification process was simple smooth and easy. Sohail covered the whole process start to finish.

Then the problem hit, the car I ordered had a cracked windscreen and couldn't be fixed in time for my delivery date. Sohail to the rescue, he called me up told me the situation and got me a replacement and took all the stress out of the problem.

He is a credit to you guys and I am very happy so far with the service I have recieved, I hope once I have finished with my subscription, I hope I can leave an equally good review.
