Stunning product and great service. Had a short delay in receiving the sample but only to be expected in the current climate. The stock arrived exactly as promised and couldn't be happier with the communication, the available advise and the product.

People please be aware. I’ve purchased stuff from them end of March 21 and goods never turned up to me... Hardly, got a refund and in the meantime I found the real supplier... Made the order with them and got the goods 4-5 days later. Products are amazing homemade-shop

"Waste of time with awful service."
Having ordered brick slips on 11th April, its now the 25 days later and I have had to cancel the order due to Neil's consistent lack of information. I think at this point we have been told they were delivering on at least 5 different occasions, they never arrived. When I finally took the consignment number into my own hands and called the courier it didn't even exist. Every time I managed to speak with Higgins they were full of excuses, across 2 weeks of chasing, Neil didn't once do what he said he was going to do over the phone. Higgins blame the courier service, however the issue is one of communication and customer service, of which there was none. Shop elsewhere to avoid having your project ruined.

Had a great experience with easy ordering, all my questions answered and on time delivery. Neil was great at returning all phone calls and emails with any questions I had. Our conservatory feature wall looks great! Highly recommend Higgins Cladding. Good service and great product 👍

"Fantastic product"
Just finished my first project using the products from Higginns and am about to start my second. Can’t fault the service and advise given plus a quality product is seconded to none.
I slightly under estimated the amount I needed but was able to get another 1/2 meter to finish with no problems.
Delivery was slightly delayed on the second order but we are in the middle of a pandemic however communication was grate.

The absolute winner for worst company EVER, Neil a born liar, dont even bother to read all the reviews as its a sad tale of failure and disappointment all round.

Like so many other reviews for this company our experience of Higgins Cladding mirrors them exactly.
Got the samples requested – got the advice I asked for – advised the maximum delivery lead time was 7-10 working days - placed the order - made full payment – received order receipt. Then everything stopped.
Two weeks later started to chase my order. Neil had every excuse under the sun – checking consignment – with the transport company – at the delivery depot, in the yard. I asked to be copied into the emails to the couriers – asked for the yard number – asked for a tracking number, all of which I was refused. I mentioned to Neil that I’d seen the bad reviews which unfortunately I came across after I placed the order. Neil said “a few bad reviews within 121k orders in six years – I would say shouldn’t worry”. It turned out I should’ve been very worried.
Neil occasionally replied with unhelpful sporadic emails with more excuses and complete lies and wouldn’t answer my phone calls unless I called from a different number. He answered these calls as he thought it was new business. After telling me that my order was in a local depot waiting to be picked up by a transport company – he randomly asked if I wanted a refund – why would someone offer a refund if the product was in my area awaiting collection for delivery – because the order never existed in the first place – that’s why. No order delivery arrived of course.
A full refund was received after waiting ten working days but it wasn’t a refund I wanted, it was my order. I’d booked contractors and hired equipment to get this work done and now due to the unprofessionalism of this company I’m left with an unfinished project. Please avoid at all costs unless you want an extremely stressful experience. A complete fraud.
IN RESPONSE TO HIGGINS THE CLADDING STORE
At no point did I ever once discuss cancelling my order. Why would I when I had tradesmen on site awaiting the goods. You cancelled the order on the day you advised it was due out for delivery as you knew there was no order and there wasn’t going to be any delivery.
IN RESPONSE TO LATEST REPLY FROM HIGGINS CLADDING
Neil - Firstly, you were not threatened with any physical violence at all and no other staff members were ever contacted during our whole process with Higgins Cladding – only yourself. You’ve also failed to miss out the critical point in the conversation referring to coming for you “legally” if our order did not arrive on the day you advised.
Your readiness to find a reason to cancel the order points to you not been totally honest with me in the first place as I feel the items never existed. Prior to me paying you any monies I received a polite and efficient service from yourself. Once the monies had been paid this changed to vagueness and an unwillingness to provide any information to validate what you were saying was actually happening.
This does not seem to be an isolated incident as many other reviews seem to support my experience. If this is innocent on your behalf, I would highly suggest you review your policies to allow transparency to the customer regarding order fulfilment / transportation and therefore eliminate the element of mistrust I’ve experienced.
Please feel free to feedback how you wish as I’ve a totally clear conscience to the statement of coming after you “legally” as this would be an ideal opportunity to have a conversation with the said parties regarding your practises. In addition to this I’ll be highlighting my experience of the service received from you to the trading standards.
Finally, with regard to my project your unprofessionalism has caused me to lose both time and money and now have to find a reputable company to fulfill my requirements.
The only positive in this whole stressful experience is I’ve learnt the lesson not to take anyone at their word prior to giving them money and never to use your company again.

"I cannot believe this company are still…"
I cannot believe this company are still operating. Before ordering anything please read all reviews on here and on Facebook. I was one of the lucky ones who got their money back as I reported the company to the bank and they took very prompt action by freezing Higgins account. I had dealings with this company back in December 2019 and I am still being contacted by people who have read my reviews and asking advice on how I got my payment refunded. I know this company have been reported to trading standards on many occasions.

"Avoid at all costs !!"
Avoid at all costs !!! Complete waste of time !!! FAILED to provide our order on two occasions. We never received products. Had a stroppy email after I politely asks where our purchase was. I truly question if this is a legit operation !!

We placed an order back in November and since then have had nothing but problems with this company.
We have still not received the order, and have had to chase Neil god knows how many times with him replying with a different excuse every time!
I have now asked him to cancel our order and issue us a refund, to which he’s said has been actioned and I should receive the money within a few working days (this was over a week ago and still no refund).
Neil is full of excuses after excuses and complete lies.
A complete fraud!
