Really disappointed with the service we have received. After checking twice about lead times and delivery we were assured a three week lead time. We allowed extra and ordered and paid for goods on the 18th November to arrive with us on 14th December. We have had extreme difficulty contacting the office. The phone does not get answered and have had unhelpful sporadic replies to emails. We allowed plenty of time for delays and have not been updated or advised of a delivery date at all. At the moment we don’t even know if our order has been completed.

"Major issues with delivery!!!"
It seems there are some major issues with this company's delivery network. We place an order on the 27th November and was advised the standard 7-10 delivery time frame it is now 20 days. I have been in contact with Neil several times up to today and he promised that even though his offices were closed he would still be contactable via the mobile number but this is not true. Several times I was advised it is being dispatched on a one day delivery but again this doesn't seem to be true. I understand that there are challenges with delivery however what isn't excusable is that you have finished for Christmas leaving customers in the lurch, very unprofessional!

Very unprofessional this company, put a order on 29 th Oct, yes we went through covid, made several phone calls, owner said the order would be with us by the 17th Dec, have contacted today left message no call back to acknowledge our call, we wanted this delivery for our front room , we have two young children and wanted to make the house look nice, we have been patient, but would now like a full refund

We were looking for some Azurite glazed brick tiles for our new extension. Rang Neil at Higgins for a quote. He was able to supply us with beautiful tiles at a good price and was amazingly helpful throughout the process to the point of discussing installation with our tiler who hadn’t fitted these before. The end result is stunning as these are high quality tiles. Really happy with the service I got throughout from Neil and would recommend Higgins to anyone. Steve, Walton on Thames.

The owner/director is an absolute joke
Paid for an order october and demanded a refund in january after 33 emails and several phone calls, excuse after excuse led to nothing arriving,
Still waiting on a refund that he says is on the next payment batch!
Been reported to police scotland and bank(which they have now came back and told me there is no money in his account)
Well well what a story to reply with but I was expecting some long winded excuse like you’ve strung me along with already,
If you want the case numbers you can always contact me & il quite happily give you them as I can’t put them on here,but since you haven’t been in touch since since 28th January I doubt it.
I’ll look forward to my refund then....

Absolute joke. Took my money in advance and promised delivery within 5-days. 7-weeks later now trying to get money back from owner. Disgrace.

Ordered goods in December and was promised early Jan delivery. Poor excuse after excuse and no goods by early February so cancelled order. Excuse after excuse as to why refund was delayed and in the end went to Action Fraud and my bank to reclaim the money. Avoid at all costs!

"Worst supplier I have ever experienced!"
Ordered in April with full payments in excess of £5K. Didnt receive the goods. They kept making excuses for weeks that it's in transit and then it got lost. I kept chasing them for response. Now I am chasing them for the refund in Oct!!
