"Finger weg! Ware kommt nicht"
Kann wirklich nicht empfehlen bei Reima zu bestellen. Die Sachen sind wirklich toll (haben schon bei anderen Unternehmen Reima-Sachen gekauft), aber das Unternehmen selbst eine Katastrophe. Unsere Schneeanzüge werden seit 3 Wochen nicht geliefert (angegebene Versanddauer 2-3 Tage). Emails an die angegebene Service-Adresse kommen zurück, da nicht zustellbar. Die Hotline nicht erreichbar (erst auf Deutsch die Durchsage, dass alle Telefone besetzt; dann auf Englisch die Durchsage der Telefonzeiten; danach wird man aus der Leitung gekickt, obwohl man während der Servicezeit angerufen hat). Kurz gesagt: Nie wieder! Habe jetzt einen Paypal-Fall eröffnet.

"ØV ØV"
ØV ØV - nu har jeg købt flyverdragter til børnebørn de seneste år - men i år har jeg desværre måtte skulle returnere et fejlkøb - og så må jeg konstatere at det med at sende penge retur ikke er deres stærke side. her en ca en måned efter returning og flere mails til "kundeservice" er der stadig ikke kommet penge retur!.
Trist - jeg køber flyverdraget et andet sted næste gang!!

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. Actually, there isn’t customer service at Reima Canada. Zero. No one.
It is very disappointing. The price point is high for children’s clothes at Reima, and the service does not match it.
Will not be buying from Reima again.

"Cant ship order after 12 days since order was placed"
Placed my order in November 22 and it is still not shipped out. Its been 10 days! They send me email about my order beeng shipped out 3 days ago. In tracking information I can see that, yes, order has been created, but my package has not been handed over delivery service. Horrible expirience. I love Reima clothes, but will not order from reima.com again! You can't count on them.
Upd. Received my order after 14 days.

"awful, awful customer service and misleading product information"
1. I reached out to customer service prior to purchasing two sweatshirts to confirm whether the material is 100% cotton (which was important to me). The agent assured me over the email that it was. Once I received the sweatshirts the label indicated that they are part polyester. Reached out to customer service to initiate a return at their expense seeing as this is their error, not mine - being ignore for 3 days now.
2. Bought a merino wool balaclava hat, everything was great until I washed it according to the label instructions - it shrank about 50% after washing in cold water instead of the 5% indicated on the label. I don't expect any reimbursement for this seeing how my previous customer service interaction went.
Awful awful customer service and misleading product information. Would never buy again.

"Penge trukket, uden vare er sendt. Ingen svar fra kundeservice i DK"
Jeg har bestilt en flyverdragt og er par handsker til ca. 1300 kr.
Pengene er trukket fra min konto, men har ikke modtaget en ordrebekræftelse eller track and trace.
Penge må ikke blive trukket i forhold til dansk lovgivning inden varen er sendt (uden yderligere informationer)
Jeg har været i kontakt med kundeservice over telefon som er i Helsinki - som sagde jeg skulle sende en mail. Efter 3 mails har jeg fortsat ikke hørt fra kundeservice.dk@reima . Com .
Dog var jeg fået en auto mail om de ikke har glemt mig. Men så send dog min vare...

"Bestellungen nicht erhalten"
3 Besstellungen gemacht. Bei alle 3 gab's Probleme bei der Zustellung. "Leider ist eine Zustellung der Sendung nicht möglich, da sie nicht unseren Versandbedingungen entspricht. Die Sendung wird an den Absender zurückgeschickt." Die Sendungen wurden zurück an Reima geschickt und danach keine Rückmeldung. Habe Kundenservice kontaktiert - keine Rückmeldung. Nie wieder!

"Unwilling to correct order error"
I placed an order then immediately realized I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size. I reached out to customer service within less than 10 minutes of placing the order and was told nothing could be done. I would understand if I waited to reach out but I reached out immediately. It has now been days and the order still says "in fullfillment". I'm beyond disappointed that they would rather pay to ship the incorrect item, wasting resources and money, than make an adjustment.

I bought a jacket for my son, and it was small, i returned it. Canada post is saying that they delivered, and reima representative is saying they never received, and it is already three weeks i am trying to get my money of 188 dollars back, reima is not cooperative, and i need to dispute with my bank, why do i need to go through of this
