"Never received order, horrible customer service"
I never received part of my order and after countless emails to them with no response, I’ve just accepted that I’ve lost $150. I ordered from them because I heard they were a good company but I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. Apparently it’s a common problem that people don’t receive their expensive orders from them.

Sachen bestellt.
Lieferung nach ca. 1 Woche.
Wie immer bei Reima, gute Qualität.
Teile der Bestellung nach 4 Tagen zurückgesandt.
Nicht weiter aufwändig.
Nach einer Woche Bestätigung Erhalt und Rückerstattung.
Nicht die schnellsten, aber durchaus alles im guten Rahmen.

"The worst customer service in the…"
The worst customer service in the world, I don't understand who can work there. The are not doing their job, no sense of any responsibility. I considered Reima is good Company and I thought it could resolve any difficulties with its customers, but I was wrong!!!! Please be aware and it is the best not to be their customer. I ll never buy this brand anymore.
I have ordered on December 1. Today it’s been more than a MONTH but I still haven’t received my order. The cuspmer service totally ignores me. No money back and no order. Reima leaves me with its problem alone.
Thank you Reima. I am frustrated and so disappointed with you. So terrible service and no care of your customers.
Think twice before buying from Reima.

Super Kundenservice. Wir hatten eine Reklamation und Reima tauscht anstandslos und umgehend gegen Neuware aus. Die reklamierte Ware mussten wir nicht einmal zurück schicken.

The worst I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order a jacket and a pair of mittens on 11/19. As of 12/11, Reima charged me for a jacket and a pair of mittens that I never received. I’ve written emails a few times with no response and their “customer service” phone number doesn’t seem to be working. very disappointed with this experience…

The quality of clothes are very good but the Customer Service is too bad. I placed my order and have no information to update the shipping by email or phone. Right now I can not exchange or return the products. I sent 4 email and still waiting for their reply

"Horrendous customer service"
Horrendous US customer service. The worst I’ve ever encountered. I can’t speak to product quality because they charged me for a jacket that was never received. I’ve written five times without response and their “customer service” phone number is constantly busy. Don’t recommend buying from their website.

Replying to customer service response: Hi Anne, Thanks for your response however, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement whatsoever from customer service. It’s been ~one week. If there had been, at the very least, a response to my first (or fifth - soon to be sixth) e-mail this review would never have been written.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered boots 4 weeks ago. I didn't receive any email about shipping. Money was taken from the account plus shipping $ 15. I wrote 4 letters to the customer service and no response.

Eftersom jag inte testat Reimas produkter och var nyfiken på kvaliteten så anmälde jag mig som ’test-patrull’ när de hade en annons ute. Jag kom inte med för ’tyvärr, flera tusentals som anmält sig.’
Istället börjar de spamma mail-kontot med ’10% rabatt när du beställer’, ’20% rabatt’ osv.
Jaha, det kanske inte finns någon ’test-patrull’ utan var helt enkelt ett dåligt knep att få nya kunder?
När jag kollat upp Reima här på trustpilot, tänker jag att det var lika bra, det spelar ju ingen roll hur bra produkterna är om man inte kan bemöta och ta hand om sina kunder. Ett sådant företag undviker man helst.
Så, varsegod, EN stjärna från mig också!
