Ordered the tests and paid for Tracked 24, after 48 hours they arrived empty. Likely to be royal mail rather than the company. I contacted the company to let them know and asked for a refund as I have had to buy more tests. The CSA ignored me three times when I said I didn't want or need more tests and kept saying he will resend tests out. Very much would not recommend this company!
