1) Confirmed for boiler service on 11 Feb 8am-6pm. Waited in all day until received message from an unknown company in Worcester (at 5.30pm) to say booking cancelled - to be re-arranged.
2) Phoned next day (12th) and arranged new date for 27 Feb - Morning only.
3) 27th. Waited in all morning until received message from an unknown caller (at 12.15pm) to say arrival would be 1pm.
Nobody appeared for rest of day.
Comment: If this is how it works for a boiler service, whats it like for a breakdown?

Please do not waste your money with this company , I had electric and plumbing insurance with them, I had issue with 3 lights they said it’s not covered because all the wiring is in the walls and ceiling so they can’t fix .I ask them in all UK house wiring is covered in walls and ceiling so what are you covering then under electric insurance ? they didnot had answer for that . Even all the plumbing is under floor or in the walls they won’t even fix that .. I don’t understand what is covered by them under electric and plumbing plan !! please be careful they are good to take your money and when time comes to fix they will say it’s not covered under your plan . Even I pay for most expensive plan they have . They even refused to cancel my plan and ask to pay £144 fine to cancel the plan !!

Very quick and speedy response to replace our boiler pump. Rang on Sunday evening, completed online form. Early Monday morning received a phone call. Issue fixed by Monday lunchtime. My husband is classed as vulnerable on health grounds so this quick response was vital to his wellbeing. Thank you.
