i am registered disabled and vulunrable... i cant spell either. ii had a leak under my sink, because i could switch the tap off, its not an emergency. called a plummer, his words were it is an emargency, disabled people need a funchoning kitchen and sink. , which they should have done. i asked to cancel my insurance, i was not allowed, i then i said i will stop my d.d., you cant do that either, they will employ a debt collection agency to come to my home..they have had over £1200 off me in 3 years, and they couldnt send out a plummer, im disgusted and will not renew my insurance after december

Please be advised this company will always find a way to decline your claim. All they are interested in is your money. My tenants every time they made a claim was always declined due to standard and storage reasons When you call them then they will tell you to read the smaller print on their contracts. I was with British Gas for over 15 years and joining this company DAG is my biggest regret and I wish I would have read reviews before signing this whole year and I will not be renewing this contract. However I will be counting days to end this devious agreement soon.

"Will never use again"

Finally managed to end my Mum & Dad’s contract with this company. Absolutely diabolical service from them. They will bend over backwards to avoid carrying out a repair, even when they were aware that my mum has dementia. I’m just thankful that we won’t be dealing with them again.
