If I could leave a minus star I would. I had a policy with this company and I cancelled as they said they would not cover the appliance as I had claimed outside the period. The electric oven broke down we had another oven so we used that and we went away the following day. Came back after a fortnight and and another week went by and called to book a repair. I was toldbthis would be chargeable as we left it too late to claim. It was an electric oven and the element was faulty. That was replaced by an electrician and all isxwell. I cancelled the said policy. I was informed no refund. Now they continually harass by calling to say want to discuss the policy that I have with them, I said I don't have policy with them and they keep stating I have so I asked them how is it paid for with no answer I said don't call me as I don't have a policy with you. And to cancel any policies in force and not to bother me. They don't understand so I am loosing patience with this company SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE HARRASED - be warned.

We had a company called “Pro Heat” from Norwich, to attend our oil boiler service. (Derin & Brett).
Superb communication and nothing to much trouble.
The engineer was amazing. Told us our boiler “might be old, but don’t get rid of it.” Said our boiler was running exceptionally clean.
As you can imagine we were thrilled.
Can’t recommend Pro Heat & Domestic Appliance Guard enough.

This is my 3rd year with them, have been trying to book my annual boiler service in since January but haven't been able to get through as just rang and rang with repeated voice saying your call is important to us please hold. Emailed them to ask if I could get a call back to make appointment and no one got back to me. Today I rang to cancel my policy as customer service was not as good as it used to be and was told I have to stay with them until end of.my contract, when I said I had been trying to contact them since January to book boiler in and she basically called me a liar, said I must have been ringing wrong number and emailing wrong email address. The.phone number is the only one.i have in my phone and email address was on their website. Will not be renewing with them at end of contract as loads of better offers available and operator saying I was lying but in different words totally put me off staying with them.

I cancelled the service a year ago and sent nearly 20 emails but they don’t let go , they haven’t provided the service, very unprofessional company, I will be forwarding the details if this company to take legal action against them.Customer services are all fake, they don’t reply my emails and threatening me for a year saying that I am in contract and didn’t receive any documentation and paid my monthly payments nearly 2 years ago.AVOID…..
