Annual service on my boiler was very thorough. I reported an issue to the engineer on arrival who located the problem. Part was ordered and replaced within 3 working days.
I was contacted the following week asking if everything was ok.

They state i can't cancel. My circumstances changed and have recently had 2 deaths in my family. I suffer mental health issues all been stated to them. I asked if they could reduce it to 1 item and a payment plan put in place they have refused. They call me daily and harass me but it won't change the fact I can no longer pay the amount I was. So I have asked them to stop calling me and take the further action they constantly threaten with. Which hasn't been done either I now reject their calls as I can't cope with this. I would pay them if they would meet me in the middle but refuse

Central heating stopped working. Called them out and they sent a sub-contractor who simply said the boiler pump needed replacing and he would order the part. Then get an email saying the Boiler was not worth repairing. They valued a new boiler of around £600 (where can you get one for £600?). They do not replace or sell boilers! Having deducted a "remaining plan fee" for the term (£317.17) and "Market Value Deduction" for age, they offered a final amount of £81. They left us with no heating.
We called in another boiler expert who confirmed there was nothing wrong with the boiler pump and he replaced three parts on the pipes and it now works perfectly.
We told DAG but they were not interested in reviewing their offer of £81. Do not use Domestic Appliance Guard. The plan is not worth the paper it's written on.
