Trying to say that a door lock was malicious damage. It broke from wear and tear. Ended up buying a new tumble rather than deal with these cowboys. Who now incessantly call to get their last 2 payments of a cancelled policy. Con artists

Very reliable and genuine. Explained how long he was going to be. He checked radiators and hob. Also have a courtesy call when he was going to arrive.

When I read the email confirmation, I discovered that my address was incorrectly stated and I had to phone to correct same. Also, I had asked if there was any deductible for a claim and was told not, However I now discover that there is a maximum of £1000 pr claim. That's not a good start.

Just been told that my cover has been downgraded due to boiler failing 'their checks', saying the bolier is too old - but on their website, they cover any aged boiler! - boiler is working fine and the service person also advised as such - asked for my contract to be cancelled as they have changed the policy but they wont cancel as its part of the 'Ts and Cs' - this is not a customer-focussed company. The call i received to advise was cold and unempathetic- just ticking boxes.
Whats more, they charged £99 for the service, which was meant to be part of the service!
This is daylight robbery - be very careful when you sign-up to these guys. I will never use this company again and make sure that all my family and friends are advised of their sinister behaviour.
