"Flagstaff free standing bioethanol patio heater"

I fancied a free standing bio ethanol heater for my conservatory to make it cosy looking during winter and found the perfect model on your web site. Unfortunately I couldn’t visit the showroom due to lockdown last year but Daniel was very helpful and gave me useful advice. The heater is perfect, added bonus is I’ll be able to carry it outside to the patio. I’m interested in modernising my living room so will certainly bear your company in mind. My only negative comment is that I had to pay £38.99delivery when I only live 6 miles away and was happy to collect the heater.

Right from the very start CVO fires were fantastic. Extremely helpful in helping me purchase the right fire for the house and when I changed my order, no problem. Despite COVID delivery was faster than we anticipated, superb packaging prevented any damage. When I subsequently had to order a flue box after an unsuccessful smoke test demonstrated that gases were leaking into next doors lounge, again no problem the team sorted me one, advised me on what parts I needed and sent them to me with no fuss or bother. Again delivery was spot on. A few days later I was enjoying a beautiful classy fire which keeps us very warm indeed. Top marks for the product and top marks for the team handling the case. What a pleasure it is to receive such excellent customer service! Every question I had was answered promptly and fully, often accompanied by technical data sheets, to allow me to ascertain that the fire would be suitable for us and to see clearly the type and size of fire surround I need.
Daniel Smith was the salesperson I have dealt with throughout this purchase and he was excellent. His email responses were prompt and during the telephone conversations we had he was helpful and respectful.
I have already received a follow-up call from Gavin to organise my delivery and am looking forward to receiving my new fire soon.

Excellent service. Ordered a brochure which arrived promptly. They gave me a follow up call to make sure the brochure had arrived. No pressure to get you to buy. Polite staff. From ordering to delivery all went smooth. My flueless fire has just been installed it’s very warm and nice to look at.
