"Nice product, shame about the delivery prospects!"

Very pleased with the helpfulness of the team when buying the product, and the sending through of all the specs by email almost instantly.
I would not of hesitated to award 5 stars.
However, the anticipated delivery is a different matter!
We have been told it is a 9-5 slot, and when I said that's great, apart from the 4-5 part, then things have changed with a "we will ask but can't guarantee" approach. When you are spending over £2000.00 we need to have a bit of control over the delivery and where the items are put down....."nearest hard standing in a safe place" not really good enough.
Surely the delivery people will do all they can do to help, otherwise they will need to make a second visit as no one will be in and the gates shut!
It seems to me a great shame that a great review is now
only acceptable because of A/ third party, B/the reluctance of the customer services manager to make the customer feel that everything in his power will be done to try and facilitate the customers request (the delivery date is still two days away).
I am however still looking forward to the product, and really appreciate the great help we received from the customer service people who helped us choose the right product.

Spoke to Shaun today to order our 3rd CVO fire. Each house we have lived in we have bought a CVO fire as nothing else comes close to it. Can't wait for it to be delivered. As always the best customer service you will find, beyond reproach! If I could give 6 stars I certainly would and would recommend CVO to anyone thinking of purchasing a fire.

"Impressive Range of Fires - Very Helpful Sales Consultant"

We were very impressed by the range of fires / surrounds on display in the Newton Aycliffe showroom. We were also impressed by the unique design of the fires which allow an open flame without the need for a glass front or a catalyst. The sales consultant, Rob, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fires and answered all our questions fully. He also demonstrated the fire / surround we were interested in (the Kiah Suite natural gas flueless open flame type).
It was also nice to hear that the fires are made locally in NE England and could be delivered in about 2 weeks.
Rob also provided us with a detailed data sheet and put us in touch with an installer in our area so that we could arrange for him to confirm there wouldn't be any problems with the installation before we placed our order.
