Flueless fire LITEN with no surround in place 12 months now. Very efficient,friendly service in Newton Aycliffe. Directly onto sitting room wall, very effective (slightly fuggyy effect) needing turning down quickly, looks really good too. Comparable price with trad gas fire with fancy surround. Disadvantages: pizza ignition can be temperamental (as others), haze on mirror above fire even with deflector but easy to clear, hint of wallpaper discoloration directly above, warms by convection therefore no radiant heat, one person says it smells slightly, suggestion of slight draught from ventilation unit. Overal, a good buy. Would recommend.

I cannot praise the customer service I received at CVO fire enough. This was my first experience with gas fireplace so Daniel took the time to answer all of my questions I had regarding sizing, installation etc. I placed my order earlier than I required item so that I could take advantage of a special offer that was on at the time and CVO kindly offered to store the item for me until I was ready to take delivery. Weeks after placing the order I wanted to amend the colour of the fireplace I chose and this was changed for me without issue. The delivery team also kept me fully updated with my order and allowed me to amend the delivery date to suit my project. I will definitely be returning to CVO Fires if I require any further gas fireplaces in the future.
