How do I best describe a CVO fire experience, probably like an 1980’s Alfa Romeo, it looks the part, never works properly and it corrodes everywhere!…In other words expensive, but clearly not fit for purpose as an outdoor fire!

After sales is appalling too, lack of decision making and wanting their Italian manufacturers to make the decisions, which takes weeks/ months, while in the meantime you have a big useless ornament in your garden that’s just an embarrassment if you have friends round, as it never works!

Really positive experience with cvo. Sean was great on the phone and helped with all the questions I had. Delivery was good. Knew when the fire place was coming and was able to reschedule to a day that worked for me. As for the fire. (Bio ethanol) now that it is all installed. It is a thing of beauty. Really solid. Flames are aesthetic and provides a nice warmth. Would order from them again. Great service.

From the outset CVO provided an excellent service. Good advice on choosing the right wall heater, easy system of staggered payment, followed by prompt delivery.

"Classy Blade"

Really pleased we saw the CVO website otherwise we would not have purchased our blade which looks great against our chimney breast. Other choices we had were more expensive and not as classy, benefit of buying from the manufacturer. Can't fault the service and delivery was spot on.

Purchased a flue-less gas fire for our holiday home. Received excellent customer service from the team at CVO are we are delighted with our new fire.

We had a CVO fire ribbon insta;;ed 10 years ago.
All was well for 6 years. Then we left the fire off for 6 months. Tried to start it up but no joy. Got in touch with CVO but lack of parts caused us big problems.
They do not have parts and class CVO fires as out of date. This is something that you should take into account when spending £2000+ to install
This is a second rate firm just interested in profits . . .DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had been lookin for a HE gas fire for quite some time and although the fire I ordered was one of the more expensive a lot of my discussion was down to the excellent service
