"Oval gas fire bowl"

Daniel, the sales person was really helpful explaining the product and also found an installer, who would provide the necessary certification. The product was delivered on schedule and was very well packaged. While CVO offer a range of gas fires, we chose the gas fire bowl, which has a clean modern design using a ceramat burner. While this was a departure from our previous log effect gas bowl, it works very well for us. The only criticism I would have is that if the ceramat gets damaged, the fire has to be returned to the manufacturer, where the costs and turnaround time appears excessive.

Daniel called me after I put in a request for an insert fire, he explained what I would need and sent me a brochure, then called back in a week, he was very informative, I received my fire three days early which was good as it was near Christmas,very good quick and efficient service, would recommend.

Fantastic local supplier. We turned up without appointment, were shown through the display area, given a demonstration of the fires and we purchased straight away. They had the fire we wanted in stock and were able to take away with us.
