Very pleased with our fire.
Used a local qualified installer which I found myself. He hid a great job and was considerably cheaper than the CVO suggested one. He had not fitted a CVO fire before but used the helpline where there was some ambiguity.
Our fire is wall mounted with a shelf above. It is important to have the shelf the recommended 20cm above the fire or the shelf it gets very hot.
